ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Ranch Cauliflower Chips

For Step 3 of the ITG Diet Plan



For 1 Batch(es) ()


  • 2 cup(s) Riced Cauliflower
  • 1.5 cup(s) Grated Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Ranch Seasoning Powder
  • 1 dash(es) Pepper

Ranch Cauliflower Chips Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F . Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
  2. Place riced cauliflower in a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, and microwave again for another minute more. Transfer cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Put riced cauliflower back into bowl.
  3. Add parmesan and ranch seasoning. Add pepper to taste. 
  4. Using a tablespoon scoop cauliflower mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Use back of spoon to flatten into a circle. Leave 1" space in between each cracker.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let crackers cool completely before removing from baking sheet.
  6. Serve with your favorite Walden Farms Dipping Sauce!
  7. Makes 15 Ranch Chips- 5 Chips per Serving
