ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Broccomole Dip

For Step 3 of the ITG Diet Plan



For 1 Batch(es) ()


  • 3 cup(s) chopped broccoli
  • 1 jalapeno chopped - remove seeds if desired
  • 2 tablespoon(s) green onions diced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 ounce(s) fat free cream cheese, sour cream or silken tofu
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cilantro
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

Broccomole Dip Directions

  1. Boil water, add sea salt and broccoli - cook until very soft and drain
  2. Place broccoli in food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth creamy texture
  3. Add additional olive oil for smoother dip
  4. Serve warm or cold in a bowl with celery, sliced bell pepper or other assorted vegetables on the side
