ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Classic Omelet

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 1 people ()


  • 1 packet ITG Omelet
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup(s) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup(s) baby spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup(s) chopped celery
  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil or cooking spray
  • 2 pinch(es) sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash(es) paprika
  • 1 dash(es) tabasco or hot sauce

Classic Omelet Directions

  1. Cut up celery into 1/4 inch pieces
  2. Heat and then spray non-stick pan with olive oil cooking spray
  3. Add celery and sautee with minced garlic
  4. Meanwhile, cut mushrooms and place in measuring cup along with fresh spinach to make 2 cups
  5. Place extra vegetables in pan, spray with a small amount of oil, stir and cover to cook until soft
  6. In Blender Bottle, mix together ITG Omelet per instructions, adding liquid egg whites before shaking
  7. Pour into pan over vegetables, adding dash of salt, pepper, and paprika
  8. With spatula, push mixture into center of pan allowing liquid to flow underneath to the edge - repeat this in multiple places and cover with lid
  9. Allow eggs to set, continue checking that liquid on top is moved to bottom and cooked
  10. Slide onto plate, flipping halfway through to create omelet
  11. Add a dash of tabasco, sprinkle onions or more seasonings of your choice and serve
