0.5 cup(s) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for Dough
0.5 cup(s) Sweetened Shredded Coconut for Rolling
0.5 cup(s) Coconut Oil- Melted but Not Hot
1 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
2Packets Stevia
0.25 cup(s) Almond Butter
Chocolate Coconut Balls Directions
In a food processor or by hand, mix all ingredients together into a dough. If too much oil, add extra 1/2 packet of ITG Very Vanilla powder or 1/4 cup of extra flax seeds.
Let dough sit in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to chill and stiffen.
Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll each in sweetened coconut.
