ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Crockpot Stew

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 4 people ()


  • 3 packets ITG Soup mix of your choice
  • 30 ounce(s) low fat chicken, vegetable, or beef broth
  • 2 -3 cups of vegetables, mixed, cut in 1inch chunks
  • 16 ounce(s) lean chicken or meat of your choice, cut in 1inch pieces
  • garlic powder to taste
  • sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
  • herbs of your choice to season with (rosemary, basil, sage, etc)

Crockpot Stew Directions

  1. Put 30oz of your favorite broth into blender. 
  2. Add 3 packets of ITG soup mix of your choice (Cream of Chicken, Beef Vegetable, etc) and blend until smooth.
  3. Place mixture into crockpot along with meat and vegetables. Season as desired.
  4. Set crockpot to simmer for 4-6 hours or until meat is very tender and falls apart. 
  5. Enjoy!
