ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Chili Biscuits

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan

Ingredients

For 4 people ()

Recipe

  • 1 Packet ITG Maple Oatmeal
  • 1 Packet ITG Vegetable Chili
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 3 pinch(es) baking soda
  • 4 ounce(s) hot water
  • 8 drop(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) dried Italian herbs of your choice

Chili Biscuits Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until mixture is not watery.
  3. Spoon onto non stick baking sheet in 4 even amounts, keeping them two inches apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, testing with toothpick to make sure they are not too moist inside.
  5. Cool after baking and enjoy!
