Open the tuna can and drain all the oil and excess liquid (squeeze the liquid out, if needed!) and put it in a big bowl.
Mix the tuna, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, coconut flour (step 3 only) use ITG Plain Pancake mix during Steps 1-2, and sesame oil together in the bowl.
Heat a frying pan with olive or sesame oil - make sure the oil is well spread!
With a spoon, scoop up the mixture and gently place it on the frying pan and shape it into round, flat patties.
After a couple of minutes, check if the patties are golden brown and flip to make them golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
