Most of the boxes contain 7 packets, bars, cereals, etc. In the Shop, you can click on individual foods to read more about the nutrition facts as well as see the quantity in the package. Liquid shakes, shake bottles are 6-packs, wafers are 8. Joseph & The ITG Diet Team
