Feeling hungry is common during the first two weeks of the plan. Make sure you are eating all your veggies throughout the day and getting your water in. This will help to keep you feeling full longer. Remember, if you are a male or over 200 pounds you should also be eating an extra nonlimited ITG protein product OR additional protein such as a hard boiled egg or 2-3 oz. lean protein. Adjusting to the lower levels of sugar tends to leave you feeling hungry, but once your body gets used to burning your fat stores for energy the hunger will go away.
