Hi LaYvonne,

Keep sticking to the program! You should be entering ketosis within the first week or so and burning fat as you stick to the ITG Diet. Keep it up!

As far as bacon, (one of my favorite foods!) I would advise you to try a lean turkey bacon on occasion. If you are just missing bacon flavor, look for Walden Farms Creamy Bacon Dressing at the store or online or our very own ITG Diet Bacon & Cheese Omelet for breakfast or any time you are having a craving for bacon!
