We're excited to launch our latest initiative at ITG - "Let's Start Walking!" This program is all about taking proactive steps towards better health and wellness through the simple yet impactful activity of walking.
Why walking, you may ask? Well, it's one of the easiest and most effective ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, everyone can benefit from the wonders of putting one foot in front of the other.
Benefits of Regular Walking
1. Improves Cardiovascular Health: Walking regularly can help strengthen your heart, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
2. Aids in Weight Management: This one is important!! Walking burns calories and can contribute to weight loss or weight maintenance when combined with a balanced diet.
3. Boosts Mood and Mental Health: Taking a walk outdoors can uplift your spirits, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity and focus.
4. Enhances Overall Fitness: Walking strengthens muscles, improves endurance, and increases flexibility, contributing to better overall fitness levels.
To kick off this initiative, we invite you to join Coach Joe on our Facebook page. Coach Joe will be sharing tips, motivation, and walking challenges to keep us all on track and inspired. It's a great way to connect with fellow participants, share experiences, and stay accountable on our wellness journey.
Get Rewarded!
As a special incentive, participants who actively engage with the "Let's Start Walking" program on our Facebook group will be eligible for a reward! Each participant will receive a credit from ITG to use on foods and supplements as a token of our appreciation for embracing this journey towards healthier living.
What you'll need to do: Share your weekly walking results with Coach Joe from your FitBit, Samsung, or Apple phone/watch each week during the month of May and get your reward! Find the "Share" button in your app's weekly results page and send to Joseph@ITGdiet.com. If you need help, get in touch with Coach Joe!
