Health Tips 

Did you know?  Your body needs 1/2 of your target weight in grams of protein each day to maintain your muscle mass.  For example, if your target weight is 160 pounds, you will need a minimum of 80 grams of protein per day. Alarmingly, most Americans are not getting the adequate amount of protein to fuel their muscles.
